The double-lined hood has a commercial oven grade, braided 304 stainless steel gasket that creates the perfect insulation and seal to keep smoke in and offers maximum heat retention.

Monitor and manage temperatures from your mobile device (Apple and Android applications with real-time updates) with the free Twin Eagles Mobile and with the three (3) temperature probes, monitor the temperature of multiple food items simultaneously. The front control panel features an integrated weather proof touch screen that allows you to manually set temperatures from 140-725 degrees Fahrenheit or choose from many pre-programmed food items. Twin Eagles has made this pellet grill flexible with 4 different inserts that offer unique cooking styles.

A 16 gauge stainless steel vaporizer plate that creates and turns drippings into flavorful smoky vapors.
