Skillet Care:
- Avoid harsh scrubbing:Never use steel wool or other abrasive scrubbing pads as they can strip away the pan's seasoning.
- Minimal soap:Use only a tiny amount of dish soap to clean, as too much can remove the seasoning.
- Dry immediately:Always dry the pan completely after washing to prevent rusting.
- apply oil or fat:After drying, apply a thin layer of cooking oil or fat to the pan before storing.
- Simmer in water: Add a small amount of water to the pan and simmer on low heat to loosen stubborn food before scrubbing
